Spacer TAS155

Description 

TAS155 is used to increase the viscosity of separating fluid to suspend the particles. It is made of polymer with amorphous silica. The admixture has good dispersibility and can completely dissolve in cold water, and can rapidly form three-dimensional network structure, which can give the necessary thixotropy to the spacer to prevent the settlement of the weight material. TAS155  is especially suitable for preparing ultra-high density spacer.

Usage

 general dosage: 1.0-3.0% (bwow)

 usage: added to mix water

Precautions

 wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when adding. 

 in case of contact with eyes or skin, wash with water in time. In case of serious discomfort, seek medical advice nearby.

Shelf life

 validity: 2 years. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.

Packaging and storage requirements

 generally use 25kg paper plastic bags (including inner bags) for packaging, or according to the user's requirements for packaging. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.
